1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Account information: email address, display name, and password (stored as a hash)
• Payment information: processed by Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers
• User content: song descriptions, lyrics, artist and title text, and other text you submit to generate prompts
• Images you provide: photos or artwork you upload to the Album Cover Maker or the Gemini Watermark Remover
• Correspondence: messages you send us, such as support requests

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: which features you use, generation counts, timestamps
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL
• Cookies: we use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies.
• Usage analytics: we record anonymous product events (for example, “exported a master”) using a random ID stored in your browser and, when you are signed in, your account ID. Audio you master is processed on your own device and never uploaded to us. We do not record events if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service, including generating prompts, lyrics, and album cover images on your behalf
• Process subscriptions and prevent fraud
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts, password resets)
• Improve the Service based on aggregated usage patterns
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your User Content to train machine learning models,and content sent through the Gemini API to generate lyrics, cover art, or clean a watermark is likewise not used by Google to train its models, consistent with Google's Gemini API terms for paid API use.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only with the following third parties, and only as necessary to provide the Service:

Images you generate or upload are not stored on our servers.The Album Cover Maker and Gemini Watermark Remover send your text or image to Google's Gemini API, and the result is returned directly to your browser for you to download; we do not keep a copy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

We may disclose information if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Flet Media, our users, or the public.

4. Data Retention

• Account data: retained while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion
• Generation logs: retained for up to 90 days for service improvement and abuse prevention
• Images: not stored on our servers; generated or cleaned images are returned directly to your browser and are your responsibility to save
• Payment records: retained as required by tax and accounting laws (typically 7 years)
• Backups: may persist in backup snapshots for up to 60 days after deletion

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to certain uses of your data

To exercise these rights, email support@lyricsstudio.xyz with your request and the email associated with your account. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

For EU / UK / EEA Users (GDPR)

Our legal basis for processing your information is:

• Contract: to provide the Service you signed up for
• Legitimate interest: to maintain the Service, prevent abuse, and improve features
• Consent: for any marketing communications (you can opt out at any time)

Because Flet Media is based in the United States, using the Service involves transferring your information outside the EU, UK, or EEA to our service providers listed in Section 3, each of which offers its own safeguards for cross-border transfers (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses).

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

For California Users (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by California law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

• TLS encryption in transit
• Encrypted database storage
• Password hashing
• Access controls and audit logging

No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any relevant authority as required by applicable law.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us at support@lyricsstudio.xyz and we will delete it.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers, which are made using appropriate safeguards as described in Section 5.

9. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the Service to function (primarily authentication tokens). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Service may not work without them.

10. Third-Party Links and AI Providers

The Service may include links to third-party websites or services (such as Suno AI), and uses Google's Gemini API to generate lyrics, album cover images, and to remove watermarks. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect a new service provider. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
